About this tool
Underlining is a quieter form of emphasis than highlighting. It marks a line without adding a block of colour, which suits formal documents, printed copies and pages that already carry a lot of visual noise.
Give the page, the start position, the width and a colour, and a clean rule is drawn at that point. Thickness is adjustable from a hairline to a bold stroke, so it can be discreet or emphatic.
