About this tool

The print-sign-scan cycle wastes time and produces a worse document than the original. Placing a signature directly on the PDF keeps the file clean, and for the overwhelming majority of everyday agreements — delivery notes, consent forms, internal approvals, rental paperwork — a clear visible signature is what the other side is asking for.
