PDFzy is run by a small team. Email is the only channel, and it is read by a person.
We usually reply within two working days. Please do not attach the document you had trouble with — we cannot see your files and do not want a copy. Describe the file instead: how many pages, roughly how large, whether it was a scan, and which browser you used.
Useful things to include
- The exact tool page you were on.
- The browser and device (for example, Safari on iPhone).
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Any message shown on the page, copied word for word.
