About this tool

Extracting is the opposite of deleting: instead of describing what should go, you describe what should stay. That is quicker when a 90-page document only contains four pages you actually need to circulate, and it keeps the original file untouched on your device.

The extracted pages keep their original size, rotation and text layer, so a page pulled from a contract can still be searched, copied from and signed. Order follows the order of your list, so 5,1,2 gives you those three pages in that sequence.

What it's good for

  • Sharing only the pages of a lease that a tenant needs to sign.
  • Keeping the summary and appendix of a long research paper.
  • Building a short handout from a large slide deck export.
  • Isolating the pages of a statement that relate to one expense claim.

Features

  • Flexible page lists

Mix ranges and single pages: 1-3, 7, 12.

  • Keeps quality

Pages are copied at original resolution with text intact.

  • Custom order

The order you type is the order you get.

  • Instant result

Everything happens locally, so there is no upload wait.

Questions people ask

Does the original file change?
No. A new PDF is created and your original stays exactly as it was.
Can I extract the same page twice?
Yes — list it twice, for example 3,3,4.
What if I type a page that does not exist?
Out-of-range numbers are ignored, and you are warned if nothing valid remains.
