About this tool

A4 is the standard everywhere except North America, and a set of correctly sized, plainly titled pages is a surprisingly useful thing to have: for a meeting where notes will be handwritten, for a form you will fill in by hand, or for a folder of records that should all look the same.

Give the pages a heading and it is printed at the top of each one, with page numbers added at the foot so a stack stays in order. Up to a hundred pages can be generated in one go.
